Definitely a hunky male, no question about it. Though I do prefer to see the whole male and not just from the neck down!

Male chest to navel. No faces, theres too many of the same cover models. Sometimes if I see the same cover model on more than one different cover, I end up passing up a good read.

Since I missed yesterday's post, I just had to add my comment here too.
Both on the cover is nice, but if I have to choose, I'll go for the hunk everytime.
I like covers that really pick up what the story is about, so while I prefer looking at hunky men, overall it doesn't matter so much.
The cover for my work-in-edits, Bad Enough, shows a woman, naked, from the back, and a male friend of mine emailed me with: do you have her name and phone number (and then told me the cover really made him want to read my work), and a couple of days later a female friend (who knows the same male friend) wanted to know where I got that picture of her....
